Operational Programme of Human Resources

1) Operational Programme of Human Resources and Employment (ESF) Managing Authority: Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic. The specific measure (support field) targeted directly to socially excluded Roma communities is involved, with its allocated funds – 3.2 Support of social integration of socially excluded Roma communities. 

2) Operational Programme Prague – Adaptability (ESF) Managing Authority: Prague City Hall. Within this programme there is no specific field targeted at the Roma population in Prague. Romas are one of the target groups disadvantaged on the labour market and supported under the Priority Axis 2 – Support for entry in the labour market.

3) Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness (ESF) Managing Authority: Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The support will go through different fields of support. There is one specific measure - 1.2 Equal Opportunities for children and pupils with special educational needs, expected to be also targeted for Roma children.

4) Integrated Operational Programme (ERDF) Managing Authority: Ministry of Regional Development. Implementation of two fields of intervention: Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (Intermediate Body). Very important field of intervention that is expected to bring investments into the socially excluded Roma communities – 3.1 Social integration Services – part of this field is specifically targeted to socially excluded Roma communities and localities; 3.2 Employment Services. 

5) Regional Operating Programmes (ERDF) Managing Authority: 7 Regional Councils of the Cohesion Regions. There is little expection of support for Roma communities within this investment programme.
