EURoma network will participate in the II European Roma Summit

EURoma Network will be present at the II European Roma Summit to be held in Córdoba (Spain) on 8-9 April and it has been included at the programme. Carlos Tortuero, from the Spanish Ministry of Labour and Migration, as leading partner, will be representing the Network at the plenary roundtable "Assessment of policies: progress and limitations".

The upcomings 8th and 9th of April 2010, it will be celebrated the Second European Roma Summit in the Córdoba Congress Palace, organised by the European Comission and the Spanish Ministry of Health and Social Policy in the framework of the Spanish Presidency activities. 

This high level conference responds to the European Parliament resolution which urge to the Comission to elaborate a European Strategy for Roma inclusion. The debates will be focused on the progress achieved at European level and in particular the results of the European Platform and the ten Common Principles for the Roma inclusion.
