Junto con el \u201c<strong>Informe conjunto sobre el uso de Fondos Estructurales para la inclusi\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n gitana<\/strong>\u201d y la Gu\u00eda sobre \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.euromanet.eu\/resource_center\/archive\/111644.html\">C\u00f3mo incorporar de forma transversal la inclusi\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n gitana en los programas, proyectos e intervenciones generales en el marco de los Fondos Estructurales<\/a>\u00ab, esta Gu\u00eda constituye una de las herramientas clave de la Red para conseguir su objetivo de transferir el conocimiento sobre el uso de los Fondos Estructurales para inclusi\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n gitana adquirido en el per\u00edodo de programaci\u00f3n 2007-2013 al per\u00edodo de programaci\u00f3n 2014-2020.<\/p>\n<h4>Sobre la Gu\u00eda<\/h4>\n<p>La gu\u00eda proporciona un an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnico y detallado de una de las \u00e1reas que, de acuerdo con los miembros de la Red, todav\u00eda representan grandes retos y en los que se considera que ser\u00eda necesaria una mayor reflexi\u00f3n y progreso, a los que el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n y el aprendizaje mutuo entre los socios de la Red podr\u00edan contribuir. La gu\u00eda pretende ser un recurso pr\u00e1ctico que puedan usar las Autoridades de Gesti\u00f3n, los Organismos Intermedios y otros actores clave implicados en la planificaci\u00f3n, implementaci\u00f3n, seguimiento y evaluaci\u00f3n de los Fondos Estructurales y de Inversi\u00f3n para ayudarles a mejorar la inclusi\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n gitana en el marco de los Fondos Estructurales y de Inversi\u00f3n Europeos (Fondos EIE).<\/p>\n<p>En particular analiza c\u00f3mo mejorar el seguimiento y la evaluaci\u00f3n de iniciativas relacionadas con la poblaci\u00f3n gitana financiadas en el marco de los Fondos Estructurales y de Inversi\u00f3n Europeos (Fondos EIE).<\/p>\n<p>Se divide en tres secciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La primera presenta las pr\u00e1cticas en materia de evaluaci\u00f3n y seguimiento usadas para las iniciativas relacionadas con la poblaci\u00f3n gitana en el periodo de programaci\u00f3n 2007-2013, identificando retos y oportunidades para el periodo 2014-2020.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>La segunda sugiere maneras de mejorar el seguimiento y la evaluaci\u00f3n, centr\u00e1ndose principalmente en los sistemas de recogida de informaci\u00f3n y en el establecimiento de indicadores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>La tercera se centra en elementos clave de los nuevos Reglamentos de los Fondos EIE que podr\u00edan contribuir a proporcionar mejor informaci\u00f3n sobre los fondos invertidos en la inclusi\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n gitana en las diferentes fases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Sobre la Red EURoma +<\/h4>\n<p>Liderada y cofinanciada por la Autoridad de Gesti\u00f3n del Fondo Social Europeo (UAFSE) de Espa\u00f1a (Ministerio de Empleo y Seguridad Social), la Red reun\u00eda a las Autoridades de Gesti\u00f3n del Fondo Social Europeo y los Puntos de Contacto para las Estrategias Nacionales para la Inclusi\u00f3n de la Poblaci\u00f3n Gitana en ocho Estados miembros (Bulgaria, Eslovaquia, Espa\u00f1a, Grecia, Hungr\u00eda, Italia, Rep\u00fablica Checa y Ruman\u00eda), junto con representantes de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea.
