Se realizar\u00e1 un seminario en septiembre en Hungr\u00eda sobre este tema y en octubre se desarrollar\u00e1 en Rumania una visita de alto nivel.\n <\/p>\n<p>\n  El<br \/>\n  <strong><br \/>\n   seminario<br \/>\n  <\/strong><br \/>\n  ,\u00a0se realiz\u00f3\u00a0el<br \/>\n  <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/>\n   15 de septiembre de 2010 en Budapest<br \/>\n  <\/span><br \/>\n  , con el objetivo de mejorar el acceso de los fondos de la Uni\u00f3n Europea para la inclusi\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n gitana\u00a0centr\u00e1ndose en los siguientes temas: mejorar el\u00a0acceso a la informaci\u00f3n sobre las oportunidades de financiaci\u00f3n, mejorar las capacidades de los postulantes y del grupo beneficiario as\u00ed como establecer un marco financiero sostenible.<br \/>\n  Los ponentes fueron representantes de la Comisi\u00f3n, Autoridades de Gesti\u00f3n de los Fondos Europeos, autoridades locales, representantes de la minor\u00eda \u00e9tnica gitana y ONG activas en la inclusi\u00f3n gitana.<br \/>\n  El<br \/>\n  <strong><br \/>\n   encuentro de alto nivel<br \/>\n  <\/strong><br \/>\n  se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en<br \/>\n  <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/>\n   Rumania en octubre de 2010<br \/>\n  <\/span><br \/>\n  con el objeto de que los fondos de la EU contribuyan a la inclusi\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n gitana.<br \/>\n  El encuentro de \u00e1mbito nacional se realizar\u00e1 los d\u00edas 12 y el 13 de octubre en Bucarest. Posteriormente, tendr\u00e1n lugar dos encuentros regionales, uno en Cluj el 14 de octubre y otro en\u00a0Ia\u015fi el\u00a020 del mismo mes. Dichos eventos pretenden sensibilizar sobre las oportunidades que ofrecen los fondos de la UE, promocionar su uso y mejorar el impacto de los proyectos que financien. Parte del proceso tambi\u00e9n es la mejora de la implicaci\u00f3n de las personas gitanas en los programas operativos ejecutados con fondos de la UE.\n <\/p>\n<p>\n  Para m<br \/>\n  <span id=\"_mce_start\" style=\"line-height: 0;
